Six months after joining Valcon, P2 Consulting has completed its integration into the pan-European consulting group and rebranded as Valcon.
In December last year London-based P2 Consulting joined Valcon, in a move that roughly trebled the firm’s UK headcount.
Valcon already had a presence in the UK (around 100 staff) through its subsidiaries First Consulting (which launched in the UK in 2017) and Viqtor Davis (acquired early 2021), with P2 Consulting on board that number now sits at around 300 professionals.
“The rebrand cements the merging of P2 Consulting into Valcon and we are delighted with how the integration has gone. There are so many synergies and opportunities we can create together – we’re excited about the future,” said Phil Rolfe, CEO of Valcon UK and the previous chief executive of P2 Consulting.
With over 1,300 consultants in Europe, Valcon positions itself as a premium operations consulting company with deep expertise in project management, data and technology. In the United Kingdom, the firm focuses on clients in the financial services, retail, public, infrastructure and industrial sectors.
