30 consulting firms have been named as great places to work for women in the UK. The independent ranking by the Great Place to Work Institute used anonymous employee surveys to list more than 200 organisations in total.

For more than four decades the Great Place To Work Institute has been polling employees on good employership. Thousands of organisations are included in the institute’s assessments, with input from staff collected to reveal best practice employment practices among businesses around the world.

The institute’s latest research shows which 263 firms offer the best employee experience for women in the workplace. The results are based on women’s workplace experiences and how well represented they are across the workforce and management, and considered factors such as their daily encounters of inclusivity and representation.
