Meet the team!
Richard has been with Greybridge since Year 2 and is a Partner/ Director in the business. His clients range from smaller, boutique firms to huge global players, generally working at Director to Partner level to support strategy and transformation within these businesses. He is specialised within life sciences and healthcare, primarily where commercial and R&D meet, supporting industry, consulting and VC/PE.
After an early career in hospitality and catering, running everything from private islands in the Maldives to Aston University Business School, Richard moved into recruitment, looking after internal clinical roles for a contract research organisation (CRO), beginning in operations and transitioning to management roles.
In his spare time (limited with 3 young children) Richard is a keen but distinctly amateur runner and swimmer, with a general passion for all things sea and sand related as well. He has a huge love of films, and has produced several shorts and music videos, as well as a couple of full features. Need to kill a few hours? Get talking to Richard about movies (but we did warn you).
Thomas has over 8 years recruitment experience, specialising in data analytics recruitment and is very passionate about the work he does within this niche. He founded the Leaders in Data Roundtable group back in 2015 as a way to share his passion for evolving areas within Data, and since then has grown a really great and active community of people within the field.
Outside of recruitment, Thomas is often found attempting to play cricket play for his local team, where unfortunately his bowling or batting stats are nowhere near his recruitment ability and so sometimes, on a sunny afternoon you can hear his teammates mumble “he should stick to recruitment!” whilst walking back to the pavilion for another single figure score batting.
Melissa has been with Greybridge since 2020 as Office Manager. She keep things running behind the scenes and supports the team, enabling them to focus on what they do best!
Melissa wears many hats; she provides executive support to the directors, guarantees the company is running efficiently, as well as ensuring legal compliance in all areas, such as IR35 determinations.
Being a pro at organisation, her favourite aspect of the job is planning the quarterly staff events, finding something fun and new for everyone to do…from spa visits, skiing lessons and off roading!
Outside of work, you’ll usually find Mel gardening, baking or walking her dog, Whisper.
With just over 10 years’ experience in recruitment, Dale began his career supporting Management Consulting clients, including all of the Big 4, as well as notable boutiques.
Since then, he’s honed his focus on pivotal strategy placements within consulting, private equity, and corporate sectors. His specialisation spans (but is not limited to) Go-To-Market & Growth Strategy, Deal Advisory, Interim/Fractional Leadership, and AI Strategy.
In his spare time, you’ll find Dale on the golf course, trying new restaurants, or exploring new dog walk spots with his young family and trusty companion, Louis!
Adam has been in recruitment just shy of 8 years, initially in banking and change & transformation. Before making the move into life sciences.
Since then, and for the last 5 years Adam has worked both at agency and in-house, serving clients and candidates in consulting spheres, including but not limited to pricing & access, portfolio and product strategy, health economics & outcomes research, real-world evidence and market research.
A big reader, Adam also enjoys playing cricket, tennis, watching rugby and spending time with his wife, Charlotte and Jack Russell. He also hates heights and cucumber.
James has brought to the team his expertise within Software Engineering, specifically focusing on the Healthcare sector.
James has 3 years experience in agency recruitment, where he has devoted the entirety of his time focusing on Software Development, QA, Design and Product. He prides himself on building strong and meaningful relationships with his clients and delivering for them in an effective and consultative manner.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find James playing football for his club based in Bicester. He’d describe himself a ‘curvy Steven Gerrard’!
Clare has been recruiting for project/programme and change and transformation professionals for over 18 years. Throughout Clare’s career to date she has become a valuable partner to her clients helping them build out teams for both retail and finance change & transformation projects.
Over her time working in this niche she has built an outstanding network of talented individuals, and has contributed this to Greybridge’s network in change & transformation. Clare really takes pride in the high calibre of talent she has in her network and is able to bring to her clients.
In her spare time she loves to be outdoors, spending time with her kids, paddle boarding or doing yoga and pilates.
We are always on the look out for new talent to join our team and would love to hear from you if you think you could be a great fit!
